Auction Terms and Conditions

Forms of payment accepted are: Cash, Cashier’s Checks, Money Orders, Traveler’s Checks, VISA, Mastercard and Discover. After a successful bidding on a vehicle, there is a 25% non-refundable deposit that will hold the vehicle. Payment in full is due the following Monday after each auction.

A 12% Buyer’s Premium will be added to all purchases.

All applicable sales tax, documentation fees, DMV fees, smog fees, and finance charges (if any) will be collected on all vehicles.

All vehicles are sold “as is – where is”, meaning there is no implied warranty and with all faults.

All sales are final.

We do not accept personal, company, or credit card checks. We also do not accept bankdrafts or any credit cards other than VISA, Mastercard and Discover.
